Distribution

Transpalearctic species, ranging eastwards to Kamchatka ( Hůrka 1996). It can be found in mainland Italy, Sicily and Sardinia ( Vigna Taglianti 2005).

Notes

Macropterus. Lives in dry to moderately moist, unshaded habitats: fields, meadows, ruderals; from lowlands to mountains, mostly in hills ( Hůrka 1996).
