Erythmelus (Erythmelus) mudrila Triapitsyn in Triapitsyn et al. 2007: 23–24 (description, diagnosis, illustrations).
New material examined. GUATEMALA. Sacatepéquez, Sumpango, Durwest Farm, 14°40.292’N 90°43.195’W, 5985’, 14–23.xi.2007, M.S. Hoddle [1 female, UCRC].
Comments. This is the first record of E. (E.) mudrila from Guatemala; it was previously known only from Mexico and USA (Triapitsyn et al. 2007). The Guatemalan specimen is very long (body length 1450 µm), its scape is strongly dilated (3.3 x as long as wide), and the clava bears 7 longitudinal sensilla.
