Notes

Colonies up to 30 cm in height, uniplanar, branching dichotomously from the bottom of the colony with no clear mainstem visible. Conspicuously monodirectional upward branching pattern. Branches covered in small polyps and appear fuzzy. Dark brown with grey-brow polyps (Fig. 51 View Figure 51 ).
