Vernacular Names: King Horseshoe Bat.

Distribution: SW China.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Vulnerable.

Discussion: philippinensis species group. Redescribed by Hill (1972 b). May be conspecific with paradoxolophus ; see Corbet and Hill (1992).
