Lectotype (Miniaev & Kloczkova in Novosti Sist. Vyssh. Rast. 14: 148. 1977): Herb. Linn. No. 897.2 ( LINN) .

Generitype of Anthyllis Linnaeus (vide Green, Prop. Brit. Bot.: 174. 1929).

Current name: Anthyllis vulneraria L. subsp. vulneraria View in CoL View at ENA ( Fabaceae : Faboideae ).

Note: Cullen (in Notes Roy. Bot. Gard. Edinburgh 35: 9. 1976) indicated both 897.2 and 897.3 (LINN) as type material but as they are evidently not part of a single gathering, Art. 9.15 does not apply.
