Distribution: Belize: Cayo and Stann Creek Districts; Costa Rica: Puntarenas Province; Ecuador: Pichincha Province; Guatemala: El Progreso Department; Mexico: Hidalgo, Oaxaca, Puebla, San Luis Potosí, Tamaulipas, and Veracruz States; Panama: Chiriquí Province.
