Distribution in Turkey: This species is known mainly in Eastern Anatolia; Malatya, Bitlis, Kars, Elazığ, Beytüşşebab ( Ramme, 1951; Karabağ et al. 1971; Erman & Salman, 1990; Çıplak, Demirsoy, & Bozcuk, 1996; Ünal, 2011b; Ünal, 2017).

Notes: The species is a new record for the Orthoptera fauna of Hakkari Province. Although the previous records from Beytüşşebab ( Ünal, 2011b) included Hakkari Province, currently it should be included also in Şırnak Province.
