Lectotype (Webb in Bot. J. Linn. Soc. 95: 264. 1987): Herb. Linn. No. 575.42 ( LINN) .

Current name: Saxifraga rotundifolia L. ( Saxifragaceae ).

Note: Two Saxifraga species were given this epithet by Linnaeus, the other one (p. 401, non 403) being subsequently renamed by Linnaeus as S. hirsuta (1759).
