Additions to original description. Dorsal cephalic chaetotaxy with 5 antennal (An), 4 median (M), 5 sutural (S) and 6 in Gr. II ( Fig. 35 ). Th.II with 4 (m1, m2, m 2i, m 2i 2) medio-medial, 6 (m4, m 4i, m4p, m4pi, m4pi2) medio-lateral, and about 27 mac; p5 unknown ( Fig. 36 ). Th.III with about 45 mac and 5 (m5, m 5i, a6, a 6i, a6e) mac in Gr. III ( Fig. 37 ). Abd.IV with 7 central (I, A5, A6, B4–6, M), about 20 lateral mac ( Fig. 38 ).

Ecology. Few records from caves.

Distribution. California, Oregon ( Christiansen & Bellinger 1998).

Remarks. It is similar to another 3+3 eyed species Sinella recens Christiansen & Belliger, 1998 from North America, but differs from the latter in the number of ungual inner teeth (3 in the former and 4 in the latter) and shorter smooth part of dens.
