Distribution

Palearctic species, introduced into North America ( Hůrka 1996). It is widespread throughout Italy, Sicily and Sardinia ( Vigna Taglianti 2005).

Notes

Macropterus. Eurytopic species of open habitats: fields, steppe and ruderals; from lowlands to mountains ( Hůrka 1996).
