Head: broad; clypeus trapezoidal, entirely reflexed, clypeus and vertex totally covered with tubercles; frons impunctate; antennae with10 antennomeres, with club slightly longer than funicle.
Thorax: pronotum rectangular, wider than long; sides uniformly rounded from base to apex; all margins carinate; anterior angles strongly projecting and reaching posterior margin of eyes; impressed punctures on lateral margins; scutellar shield almost triangular with rounded sides; disc covered with small separated rounded punctures; close horseshoe-shaped punctures towards hind angles.
Elytra: longer than wide; epipleura complete; primary costae slightly more convex than intervals, secondary striae with close irregular deep rounded punctures, almost coalescent; striae formed by a line of closer small rounded punctures; humeral and apical calli slightly marked.
Pygidium: triangular, apex rounded, carinate along anal plate, slightly projecting postero-ventrally and slightly surpassing apex of elytra; almost impunctate except small punctures of setae insertion.
Venter: upper part of metaventrite weakly coriaceous, median part with small isolated punctures; abdominal ventrites weakly coriaceous.
Legs: protibiae tridentate; larger claw elongate, as long as last tarsomere; pro-and mesotarsal larger claw cleft; larger claw of metatarsus 3 times longer than smaller and uncleft.
21
Hairs: dorsal side covered with close short white, squamous, decumbent setae; lateral margins of pronotum and elytra with long unequal yellowish, separated erected setae; equal and close on scape; shorter on canthus; underside with short white squamous, decumbent setae on abdominal ventrites, longer and closer on sides of mesoventrite; sparse long decumbent brownish-yellow setae inserted in setigerous punctures, one single on meso and metacoxae, transversal line on sides of fourth and fifth abdominal ventrites, close along anal plate, erected or decumbent on legs; close, long, decumbent yellowish setae along anterior and posterior margins of prosternum, shorter in middle part of posterior margin; long and erected yellowish setae on base of labium; pygidium covered with short, white, squamous setae along posterior margin, longer, erected and yellowish on disc, apex glabrous; outer sides of protibiae with short white, squamous, decumbent setae.
Aedeagus: in lateral view, parameres dorsally strongly undulate with apex slightly curved, ventrally straight with a ventral perpendicular process before apex; in dorsal view, laterally undulate, apex crenate on apico-internal angle.
Female: unknown.
