Nom. Nov. Gen. Dactylorhiza 4 (1962).
Like 4(c) but stem not more than 20 cm; leaves erecto-patent, the lower elliptical, with dense, dark spots;
flowers purplish-red; perianth-segments and label!um 6-7 mm; spur conical, 1 /2as long as ovary.
Fens and calcareous grassland.
