Type locality. France, Paris (“Habitat in Parisiis Dom. Bosc”).
Material examined. None.
Identity. Acleris rhombana ( Denis and Schiffermüller, 1775) ( Tortricinae , Tortricini ).
Remarks. This taxon is a synonym of Acleris rhombana (D. and S.) (Leraut 1997: 141). In the literature it is most often considered a synonym of A. notana (Donovan, 1806) .
