Material examined. None.
Identity. Loboschiza koenigiana (Fabricius) View in CoL ( Olethreutinae , Enarmoniini ) ( Diakonoff 1982).
Remarks. Pyralis koenigiana is the type species of the genus Rhadinoscolops Obraztsov, 1968 by original designation. The genera Loboschiza and Rhadinoscolops were both described the same year ( Diakonoff 1968; Obraztsov 1968). Although they were later synonymized, with priority for Loboschiza ( Diakonoff 1982) , the tribal assignment of the two genera has been uncertain (i.e., Eucosmini , Enarmoniini , Grapholitini ). Although Brown (2005) presents all this information, the combination Rhadinoscolops koenigiana is still frequently used in catalogues and databases. The correct identity and taxonomic position in Enarmoniini is discussed by Horak (2006).
