Type locality. Sweden (“Habitat in Suecia Populo Dom. de Paykull”). Material examined. S & TL coll. 1 specimen.
Identity. Pammene populana (Fabricius) ( Olethreutinae , Grapholitini ) ( Meyrick 1895). Remarks. This is a well established species and stable combination in European (Razowski 1996) and world catalogues (Brown 2005).
