Distribution: Mediterranean countries from the Atlantic coast of Portugal to the Aegean coast of Turkey including North Africa ( Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia). In Turkey: Antalya ( Michez, 2012a).

Remark: Although D. visnaga has a very large distribution range throughout the Mediterranean countries, including North Africa, more recently it has been recorded solely from Antalya in Turkey ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 ).
