Locality. Loc. 12.

Known distribution. Brazil ( Marcus 1945b), Finland ( Luther 1960).

Material. Two individuals studied alive and preserved in ethanol for DNA-sequencing.

Description and remarks. This species, which is superficially similar to C. lemnae , is easily recognisable by the presence of a very narrow tail-like posterior end (see Marcus 1945b, Luther 1960).
