DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, South Africa,
Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Lusaka in Lusaka Province; Ndola in Copperbelt Province. LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include: two Rutaceae species, Citrus reticulata Blanco and Citrus Lour. ; one Rubiaceae species, Coffea arabica L. ; one Myrtaceae species, Eucalyptus grandis W.Hill ; one Convolvulaceae species, Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam. and one Euphorbiaceae species, Ricinus communis L. and other yet to be named species in the family ( African Moths 2019).
