COMMON NAME (S): Geometer moth.
SYNONYM(S): Pristostegania flavata Warren, 1897 ; Tephrinopsis ochriciliata Warren, 1901b .
IUCN STATUS: Not Evaluated (NE).
DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia , South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Chieftainess Chiawa area in Lower Zambezi Valley, Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include two Olacaceae species namely the Hog plum, Ximenia americana L. and the large sourplum, X. caffra Sond. ( African Moths, 2019].
