DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Cameroon, China, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, India, Madagascar, Malawi, Myanmar, New Guinea, Philippines, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sulawesi, Sunderland, Tanzania, Uganda, Timor, Togo, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Mtenguleni in East Luangwa district [Altitude 2400 ft., or 731.5 m], Eastern Province .

LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): According to the African Moths (2019) webpage, this is a Polyphagous taxon and its larval foodplants include, Lycopersicon sp. (Solanaceae) .
