DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Botswana, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Gambia, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Réunion, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Livingstone, in Southern Province ; Petauke and Mid Luangwa Valley , in Eastern Province .

LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include Plumbago auriculata Lam. (Plumbaginaceae) .
