COMMON NAME (S): Eggar, Snout moth (although this also refers to the Pyralidae ) or Lappet moth.

SYNONYM(S): None.

IUCN STATUS: Not Evaluated (NE).

DISTRIBUTION: Namibia , South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: ‘Lusaka’, in Lusaka Province.

LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include the Fabaceae species, Vachellia karroo (Hayne) Banfi & Galasso.
