DISTRIBUTION: Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Type locality, Petauke, E Luangwa District , in NE Rhodesia [now NE Zambia], Eastern Province ; Also collected in Chisamba, in Central Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Unknown.
