DISTRIBUTION: Known only from Zambia (endemic species).
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Type locality is Lower Chambezi [now Chambeshi] Valley in Mpike [now Mpika] District , Altitude 3900 ft or 1188.7 m., asl, E. Rhodesia [now N. E. Zambia], in Muchinga Province .
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include the Euphorbiaceae species, Acalypha glabrata ( African Moths 2019) .
