COMMON NAME (S): Owlet Moth, Underwing or Noctuid moth.
SYNONYM(S): None.
IUCN STATUS: Not Evaluated (NE).
DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia , Somalia, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: ‘Lusaka’, in Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include three Malvaceae species namely, Hibiscus praeteritus R.A.Dyer and yet to be identified Abutilon sp. and Sida sp. ( African Moths 2019).
