Vernacular Names: Great-tailed Triok.

Distribution: Interior New Guinea.

Conservation: IUCN – Vulnerable. Rare.

Discussion: Considered a subspecies of trivirgata by Ziegler (in Stonehouse and Gilmore, 1977:131).
