Distribution. China (Hainan, Hubei, Hunan).
Comments. The type material of N. xiquanensis was examined and no differences between the males of N. polyspinipes and N. xiquanensis could be distinguished. Thus, we propose that N. xiquanensis syn. nov. is a junior synonym of N. polyspinipes .
