Type material of Clubiona xinwenhui (examined). Holotype ♁ (coll. no. Dap 49), CHINA: Hainan Island, Dapo Town, Dapo Village , 25.III–9.IV.2011, leg. A. T. Barrion et al.
Description and diagnosis. See Zhang et al. (2021) for images of the habitus and genitalia of both sexes; they suggested that it is closely related to C. campylacantha Dankittipakul, 2008 , described from Thailand.
Distribution. China.
Comments. The male type of C. xinwenhui was examined and no differences in palpal morphology between C. reichlini and C. xinwenhui could be found. Thus, we consider C. xinwenhui syn. nov. to be a junior synonym of C. reichlini .
