Current name: Crepis tectorum L. View in CoL ( Asteraceae ).

Note: Although Babcock (in Univ. Calif. Publ. Bot. 22: 569. 1947) referred to the type as being in LINN, he failed to distinguish between sheets 995.12 and 995.13. As they are evidently not part of a single gathering, Art. 9.15 does not apply and the name therefore appears to be untypified.
