Type material. CHINA, Yunnan Province: Holotype male from Lincang City, Linxiang District, Wulaoshan National Forest Park , Valentine’s Valley , 23.91°N, 100.18°E, 2413 m, 10 November 2015, Y. Zhong & Y. Zhu leg. ( CBEE, LJ2247 ) GoogleMaps . Paratypes: 48 males, 54 females, with same data as for holotype ( CBEE, LJ2231 LJ2246 , LJ2248 LJ2333 ) GoogleMaps .

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the type locality, the Wulaoshan National Forest Park; adjective.

Diagnosis. The male of P. wulaoensis Zhang, Jäger & Liu , spec. nov. is similar to that of P. luechunensis spec. nov. by proximal part of T bulging or protruding distinctly ventrally, E pointing retrolateral, dRTA with two long branches. It can be recognised by: 1) T proximally with two humps, tegular extension in distal half absent; 2) vRTA with blunt tips (T proximally with one hump, with tegular distad protrusion in distal half, vRTA distinctly pointed in P. luechunensis spec. nov.). The female of P. wulaoensis Zhang, Jäger & Liu , spec. nov. resembles that of P. diversipunctata Jäger, 2001 (Jäger 2001) by margins of LL parallel at the median septum parallel, but can be distinguished by: 1) Posterior parts of LL with a small lateral projection; 2) IDS with one simple coil (posterior parts of LL smooth, IDS with two coils in P. diversipunctata ).
