Type material.

ZMB 47656, lectotype; ex Rolle.

Remarks.

Rolle did not state on how many specimens his description was based. The specimen, of which the top is damaged, corresponds to Rolle’s measurements; the shell is here designated as lectotype (design. n.) to define this poorly known taxon. The classification of Thompson (2011) of this taxon as a valid species is tentatively retained.
