Type material. Holotype ♂ (SWUC-T-AG-120-01), CHINA, Yunnan Province, Lincang City, Gengma County, Nangunhe National Nature Reserve , Nantianmen , 23°38'35"N, 99°23'6"E, elev. 1955 m, 28.11.2024, Z.Z. Yang et al. leg GoogleMaps . Paratype: 1♀ (SWUC-T-AG-120-02), same data as holotype GoogleMaps .

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the type locality; noun in apposition.

Diagnosis. Male of Draconarius nantianmen Kong, Yang & Zhang , sp. nov. resembles D. agrestis Wang, 2003 in having a tiny patellar apophysis, an elongated cymbial furrow, and proximally originated, long embolus ( Figs 4D–E View FIGURE 4 ; Wang 2003, figs 10A–B), but can be distinguished by conductor with almost circular and developed membranous lamellar prolaterally ( Fig. 4D View FIGURE 4 ) vs. semicircular pro-ventrally in D. agrestis ( Wang 2003: fig. 10A); conductor with medial constriction and bilobed termination ( Fig. 4E View FIGURE 4 ) vs. uniform width and truncated termination in D. agrestis ( Wang 2003, fig. 10A); median apophysis closely appressed to bulb ( Figs 4D–E View FIGURE 4 ) vs. separated from bulb except for connecting portion in D. agrestis ( Wang 2003: fig. 10A). Female resembles D. paratrifasciatus Wang & Jäger, 2007 in having the looped copulatory ducts and a shallow atrium ( Fig. 4G View FIGURE 4 ; Wang & Jäger 2007: figs 66–72), but can be distinguished by atrium oval ( Fig. 4F View FIGURE 4 ) vs. rounded in D. paratrifasciatus (Wang & Jäger 2007: fig. 66); copulatory ducts having four loops each ( Fig. 4G View FIGURE 4 ) vs. at least seven loops in D. paratrifasciatus (Wang & Jäger 2007: fig. 67).

Retrolateral tibial apophysis wide, occupying about three-fourths of tibial length; lateral tibial apophysis small, almost triangular, widely separated from retrolateral tibial apophysis. Cymbial furrow about two-thirds of cymbial length. Conductor medially constricted and terminating in bilobed structure in ventral view, with near circular and developed membranous lamellar prolaterally; conductor dorsal apophysis present. Median apophysis closely appressed to bulb in retrolateral view. Embolus banded, arising at approximately 6 o’clock position.

Female paratype (SWUC-T-AG-120-02, Fig. 4B View FIGURE 4 ) total length 12.34. Prosoma 6.59 long, 4.57 wide; opisthosoma 5.76 long, 4.17 wide.
