Distribution: Venezuela (Amazonas, Bolívar), Guyana, in rock crevices, 1650–2450 m.
Characteristics: This species is mostly bipinnate or pinnate-pinnatifid, and can be easily distinguished by its long sterile segments that terminate the pinnae.
