World distribution. Atlantic coast and Korea.

Diagnosis. Antenna 1 not reaching end of peduncular article 4 of antenna 2. Antenna 2 (♂), peduncular articles 4 - 5 strongly incrassate, with many minute spines. Gnathopod 1 (♂) cuspidactylate and subchelate. Gnathopod 2 (♂), powerfully subchelate; propodus oval in shape, posterior margin marginally bare and palmar margin with two protrusions, these protrusions wide and shallow. Coxal plate 6, anterodistal corner of posterior lobe with process. Pereopod 7 (♂), carpus strongly incrassate.
