Distribution. C. erinaceus (including C. congolensis Dominique, 1900 and C. kingsleyae Kirby, 1896 , considered its synonyms) was previously known from Angola, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon ( Bolívar 1890, 1906, Griffini 1908, Sjöstedt 1912).
