The brine shrimp (sea monkey) A. franciscana is known from throughout the Caribbean ( Triantaphyllidis et al. 1998), including Puerto Rico ( Hartland-Rowe 1982; Triantaphyllidis et al. 1998), and the Virgin Islands ( Triantaphyllidis et al. 1998; Smith and Little 2003). We found a new record for this species on Saba Island.
