Diagnosis.
The species is morphologically similar to M. minutitheca , i.e. the center of mesepisternum with large white macula; basal half of hind coxa black, apical half yellowish-brown; anal petiole in fore wing shrinked as long spot-shaped; sheath as long as metabasitarsus.
Type material.
Holotype. ♀, China, Hainan Province, Mt. Jianfengling, Meicai Wei & Haiyan Nie leg.
Host plants.
Unknown.
Distribution.
China (Hainan).
