Diagnosis. Weakly troglomorphic. No eyes or eye-spots. Cheliceral palm with 6 setae and one lateral microseta; without isolated subapical tooth on movable finger; spinneret reduced in males, prominent in females. Carapace without preocular microsetae, two macrosetae on posterior margin. Pedipalp: femur length in males 0.6– 0.67 (6.0–6.1×), females 0.66–0.75 (5.7–6.4×); chela length in males 0.86–0.95 (length/depth 5.3–5.6), females 0.94–1.1 (length/depth 5.2–5.5); fixed finger with 19–21 teeth, movable finger with 10–15 teeth with dental canals reaching halfway between trichobothria st and sb, raised lamina with 9–11 rounded vestigial teeth without canals; trichobothrium ist markedly distad esb.

Description. Weakly troglomorphic facies; integument depigmented, pale brown.

Carapace slightly longer than broad, distinctly constricted posteriorly, subquadrate; anterior margin medially dentate, without epistome; without eyes or eye-spots; 18 setae, without preocular microsetae, formula: 4:6:4:2:2, anteromedial seta 0.09–0.11 mm long, ocular seta 0.07–0.08 mm; 4–6 lyrifissures in anterior and ocular areas, two in posterior area.

Pedipalpal coxa 5 setae (including 2 on manducatory process), coxa I 3 + 3 marginal microsetae, II 4 + 9–12 bipinnate coxal spines, III 5 + 5–7 bipinnate coxal spines, IV 6; intercoxal tubercle bisetose.

Chaetotaxy of tergites I–XI: 4:4:4:4:6:6:6:6:6:4:1T2T1. Sternite II with 8–9 setae in males and 9–10 in females; sternite III with (3)7–8(3) setae in females; sternite III in males with genital opening flanked by 9–10 setae on each side, 4+4 internal glandular setae and (3)7–8(3) marginal setae. Chaetotaxy of sternites IV–XI: (2)6– 8(2):8:6:6:6:6:6–7:0. Anal cone 0+2 setae.

Cheliceral palm with 6 setae and one microseta laterally; seta gl 0.58–0.62 from base of movable finger. Fixed finger with 10–12 teeth, two distal teeth distinctly larger than others, proximally reduced in size, 2–3 denticles at base. Movable finger without an isolated subapical tooth (di), with a large distal tooth and 5–6 contiguous teeth, proximally decreasing in size, 2–3 denticles at base; spinneret strongly reduced or small in males, prominent and apically blunt in females.

Pedipalp with femoral chaetotaxy 3:6–7:3:5:1, four lyrifissures: 1 antiaxial and 3 paraxial. Chelal hand markedly depressed at level of ib-isb, with a short and prominent hump distad of ib-isb and distinct ventral hollow just before base of movable chelal finger. Fixed finger with 19–20 pointed teeth (last 1–2 can be rounded), all with dental canals except the two small distal ones; third distal tooth from tip modified and little wider than the others; ten microtubercles at base; tip of finger with an accessory tooth (td) on antiaxial face; four or five teeth at level of est/it occupying 0.1 mm, distance between apices 0.02–0.03 mm. Movable finger with 12–15 mostly pointed teeth with dental canals, reaching halfway between trichobothria st and sb, two distal ones tiny and one or two proximal ones reduced in size and blunt; proximally with slightly raised lamina with 9 rounded vestigial teeth, without dental canals, reaching proximad of trichobothrium sb, level with end of dental row of fixed finger; 3–5 tiny microtubercles at base; sensillum pc between sb and b, slightly closer to sb. Trichobothria ist markedly distad of esb; ratio st – sb / sb – b 1.9–2.1.
