Type locality: Lake Kivu .
Remarks: The holotype (in MRAC) is mounted on a single, permanent microscope slide. The re-examination of the type confirmed that segment X curves dorsad into a spine-shaped apex. The forewings have a large, white patch below pterostigma, and 2 smaller patches at median and anal regions in the holotype and 4 paratypes.
