Material examined. 2 apterous viviparous females and 1 nymph (paratypes), 1966VIII 28, KOREA (Phjongjang, Mangjunobong), on Lespedeza virgata (H. Szelegiewicz) ( BMNH).
Distribution. Korea [North] (Phjongjang, Mangjunobong).
Host plant. Lespedeza virgata .
Biology. This species is presumed to be monoecious and holocyclic on Lespedeza ( Szelegiewicz, 1979) . In life, apterae shining green with black antennae and siphunculi; legs pale, excepting apical halves of fore and middle legs and most of hind femora; apical parts of tibiae and the whole tarsi dark brown or black ( Lee, Holman and Havelka, 2002).
