Distribution in Iran. West Azarbaijan (Nateq Golestan 2004; Nateq Golestan et al. 2004, 2010a, b, c, 2011), Iran (no locality cited) ( Rider 2006).

General distribution. Pontian: Asian Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Syria; according to Péricart (2010) the localisation in Syria more probably concerns Turkey, he adds Israel to the distribution.

Host plants. On Apiaceae plants ( Nateq Golestan et al. 2010a), Asteraceae ( Nateq Golestan et al. 2011).
