Diagnosis: Recognized by pale reddish brown body, vertex width 1.9 times eye width, antennal segment I length 1.4–1.6 times vertex width, antennal segment II reddish brown with apical portion black, length 1.9 times head width (included eyes), scutellum lateral margin with narrow yellowish white spot, femur pale yellowish brown, with two blackish brown rings.

Description: Body oval, shining, pale reddish brown, covered with dense pale setae.

Head yellowish brown, projected, shining; frons with a distinct blackish brown triangular spot; vertex with dark brown spots; clypeus blackish brown with sparse short setae. Eyes reddish brown. Antennal with dense pale pubescence, segment I cylindrical, blackish brown, slightly narrowed at base; segment II reddish brown, apical portion black; segment III yellowish brown, apical portion dark, and segment IV blackish brown, basal portion slight pale. Labium yellowish brown to reddish brown, apical portion black, extending to mesocoxa. Pronotum shining, covered with punctures; collar smooth, yellowish brown to reddish brown; calli reddish brown, shining, continuous anteriorly, slightly raised, with a hollow near each anterolateral margin; posterior margins concavely sinuate. Scutellum yellowish brown to reddish brown, without puncture, lateral margin with narrow yellowish white spot. Hemelytron yellowish brown to reddish brown, shining, covered with coarse reddish brown punctures, membrane pale blackish brown, vein yellowish to reddish brown. Leg yellowish brown, femur with two blackish brown rings, tibia yellowish brown to reddish brown, tarsus and claw reddish brown. Venter reddish brown, with dense pale pubescence. Ostiolar peritreme pale yellowish brown.

Male genitalia. Left paramere ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 20 – 24 ) strong, sensory lobe developed, bent toward one side distinctly, hypophysis ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 20 – 24 ) bent towards left; right paramere ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 20 – 24 ) small, sensory lobe rounded, hypophysis bent; vesica ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 20 – 24 ) with membranous lobes and 5 sclerotized appendages.

Distribution: China (Hebei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Hubei, Shaanxi); Korea; Japan. Separated from Cimicicapsus miyakei by the coloration, the shape of the left paramere and the vesical sclerites.
