Although the antennae of this species are remarkably long (about 2.3-fold as long as the width of the head), other adult morphological features fit in the genus Cacopsylla View in CoL . Nymphs are unknown.

Distribution. Japan [Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu, Ryukyus (Ishigaki Island and Iriomote Island)].
