Psylla kongoensis Miyatake 1982a, p 16 View in CoL ; 2000, p 205. Type locality: Japan (Honshu).

Although nymphs of this species are unknown, adult morphological features fit well in the genus Cacopsylla View in CoL .

Distribution. Japan (Honshu). Host plant. Elaeagnus montana Makino (Elaeagnaceae) ( Miyatake 1982a).
