Fannia Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830

Fannia is the largest genus of Fanniidae , and is distributed worldwide. There is great morphological diversity in the genus. Males can be easily identified by secondary sexual characters, while females are more difficult to separate ( Rozkošný et al. 1997; Wendt & de Carvalho 2009).
