Distribution: Neotropical.
Records in Mexico: Quintana Roo and Veracruz.
Biogeographic province: Yucatan Peninsula. Veracruzan.
Habitat: Mangrove litter. Leaf litter and soil of medium sub evergreen forest, lowland forest, mangrove and halophyte vegetation. Low flooded rainforest soil. Litter in Cratylia argentea plantations and subtropical forest.
