Diagnosis. Frons blackish brown with yellow anterior margin. Palpus brown to black. Mesonotum blackish brown, with brownish gray or pale gray pruinosity. Wing clear, base of wing yellow or blackish brown. Male genitalia: surstylus with 1–2 processes; hypandrium Y-shaped.
