TYPE LOCALITY: Malaysia, Sabah, Mount Kinabalu, Saiap .

DISTRIBUTION: Borneo, Sumatra.

COMMENT: Formerly included in hitnalayica; see Medway, 1977:21; but also see Corbet, 1978:32, who considered it a separate species. Ellerman and Morrison-Scott, 1966:87, included suniatrana in this species, but see Gureev, 1979:458, who listed it as a distinct species.
