DISTRIBUTION: S. Lake Baikal to Ningsiahiu ( China), and east to N.E. China (SW).
COMMENT: Includes sibiricus; see Corbet, 1978:15 Bull. Zool. Nomenci., 35: 123-124; Russian authors usually spell this name dauricus.
