TYPE LOCALITY: Kenya, West side of Mt. Kenya, 10,700 ft. (3261 m) .

DISTRIBUTION: Mt. Kenya ( Kenya).

COMMENT: May be a subspecies of norae ; see Heim de Balsac and Meester, 1977, Part 1:3.

ISIS NUMBER: 5301403007021002001 as Surdisorex polulus .
